Thru my plumber, we contacted them on a Saturday. I know due to be the weekend, was going to be Monday. Well, glad to get this guys on Monday! My septic tank was full of trees roots and not to code. That afternoon Monday, my shower was feeling good thanks to them and now my septic tank is to code. Very professional, very well price and the staff very acknowledged.

I’m very appreciative of Patriot Pumpers fantastic service and honesty. I was easily able to make an appointment online that worked with my schedule. Samuel arrived and got right to work figuring out the problem. Fortunately it was a simple blocked filter and we didn’t need a costly repair. I appreciate so much this was relayed and we weren’t pushed into a service we didn’t need. We will absolutely look here for our future service and repairs. I’m happy there is a great local company! My septic tank decided that 8pm last night was an ideal time to decide it was full enough to start backing up into my toilets, showers, and sinks. Panicking at the thought of not being able to flush my toilets until the next day, especially with kids in the house, I tried calling a couple of places, but none were able to come until today. That is, until I found Samual at Patriot Pumpers. He was so very friendly and willing to come help me out last night! He and Brian showed up, were super friendly and knowledgeable, and got the job done for me in the dark with off and on drizzle. I felt awful for having them come out at night, but they were so kind and didn’t seem to mind one bit at the inconvenience. I will definitely be using them again for any future septic needs! These guys are awesome! Our old house had suddenly started gurgling from every corner like it was having serious intestinal problems. We called at 4:30 PM; they had somebody out here at 6 o’clock, and were done shortly after. Don’t know if they always work that fast, but we were mighty grateful. Honest, experienced, and the price was very reasonable.
