Patriot Pumpers was born in 2016 from a desire to serve the North Georgia community. After working for several other companies, we saw that the industry lacked a company built on honesty, hard work, and compassion for its customers. Unfortunately, many septic owners lack knowledge on how a system works and how to properly maintain it. That means many of our phone calls are a dire emergency and it’s easy to capitalize on a catastrophe. This is where we are different. All companies are in business to make money, but this is not our goal. Our goal is to help our customers in a time of need, build relationships with them, educate them, and keep them as life-long customers. We believe that focusing on these goals will lead to a profitable future.
We are a small local company but don’t let that fool you. Our technicians have years of experience and take the time to get to the root of the problem and do the job right the first time. We do our best to have immediate availability but understand we can’t always get to every call.
